In order to become sucessful in life , with all aspects , of money and welth , one important thing that which is over looked by every one in this world is fit and hadsome body. In order to become sucessful in business too you need to have a good personality and good look , the look of your body makes your personality , and personality is nothing but a licence for sucess in life in all levels , physical appearance of body is some thing that rate you in some ones mind , and good peronality gains more faith , and is directly responsible for sucess in life

If you dont have a good loking face , but you can have a good looking body , you can develop your physical appearance in to good personality

To develop your body you should quite some bad habit like smoking , I had very bitter experience in my life with smoking people hate such person who smoke in their subconcious mind , but we do not realise this factor , so the best way to quite smoking is to join a gym and start doing work out ,

In this process body becomes capable of facing the withdawal effect of nicotine , where a person feels agitated , the withdrawal effect is less observed in individuals who endalge themselves in to an activity of body bulding and observe their body gaining muscles , this build a confidance in them and , one can easily quite smoking too.

To make your body fit amd fine a good diet is also a very important factor i am listing few diet tips below please go through them

1. Green vegetables and fruits

2. Eat protein containing food. protiens helps in building muscle tissue, and good muscle tend to give you good look and mind. protien foods are fish, lean meats, low fat dairy food products, beans, and soybeans.

3. Food rich in Fibers. They are important when some in is intrested in loosing fat , intake of fiber food satisfy hunger . Tey are: peas, beans, bran cereals, potato skins, nuts and seeds, oatmeal, bulger wheat, 100% whole wheat baked goods, fruits and vegetables and dried oats ,a best and cheaper fiber containig food is orange rind , take out the white part of orange skin and crush it dry it and mix it in to your regular food , this is best in case you want to reduce your weight and fat

4. Minerals. A balance of minerals in body is the secrete of healt Calcium is the most important , it helps in muscle functioning and bone development a imblance in mineral intake leads to increased body fats. minerals are found in abandance in low-fat dairy products, and fish and meat, soy tofu, green vegetables, nuts, seeds, bran cereals, and orange juice, one should avoid processed and preserved salt loaded foods products available as ready to eat.

5. Fish as a source of omega 3 Fatty Acids.beneficial fats. Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid found in some some fish, oils ,nuts is a termed as good fat , becouse it has capability to reduce aging effect , in other words omega 3 fatty acids are good as anti aging factors , they reduce the effect of free radicles in our body generated as the result of day today's metabolism , and help in reducing aging effect on our body tissue. Eat salmon, herring, mackerel, sardines fish. Soybeans, nuts, pumpkin seed are also excellent sources for Omega-3 fatty acids..

6. Reduce Intake of harmful fats like saturated and trans fats. These are responcible for raise in cholesterol levels and leads to high in calories; eating more fat means inviting heart diseases .

7.A balanced food intake and proper eating on time is most important. Eat good and healthy in morning , a good break fast which contains all food suppliments is recommended in morning.in after noon eat just enough to get some enery for the day , in night dont eat more , but eat just enough to fullfil your body requiremt , you should eat your dinner 3 hours before you go to sleep , or you will invite most of dieseases like diabetis , cholesterol and all so this one is the most important factor

8. Alcohol. Is very bad if you are drinking it even in small quantity every day or once or twice in a week , i recomend stop this.

9. Don nont eat junk food - sugar and white flour are bad in case you want to reduce your body weight even in the smallest amounts.

10. Don not reduce of your intake of food in sudden manner , it shows reverse effect in this case if you do some sudden reduction in food intake

14. Walk in early morning in morning sunlite , it helps in buiding bones and as sunlight is esential for synthesis of Vitamin D , Cholecalciferol , eating food which are redish orange (sunset yellow) is healpful in gaining Vitamin A , It is considered as one of anti aging factor
